WHO IS HOSTING? Meredith Krupa, a Rhize member who's been in the thick of it and come out the other side. Building Resilience After Rejection is a monthly community-led session — no outside experts, no polished talking points. Just a member who's lived it, holding space for others who are in it right now.

WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? Compounding rejection. The "you're our top candidate" that turns into a generic no. The fifth round, the seventh round, the eleventh round. The silence after you gave it everything you had. The "laid off three times in three years" type of rejection. We're talking about what it actually feels like and what it takes to keep going anyway. This is an open, attendee-driven conversation about processing rejection, building real resilience, and finding your footing again.

​WHO IS HOSTING?Alison and Nilima, founders of Introve/Mirra AI! They met after their own layoffs and realized neither of them could explain what they were actually good at (despite years of experience). So they built Mirra, a tool that helps people figure that out.

​WHAT ARE WE WORKING ON TOGETHER? Most job search advice tells you to perform. This session is about the opposite. Join us for an office hours focused on bringing you to the forefront of your job search. We're talking about how to recognize the value in what you actually do, find roles that genuinely fit, and talk about your work like a real person. No STAR format, no corporate buzzwords required.

​WHEN IS THE SESSION? We host two sessions per month. Join us live on Wednesday May 20 from 2-3PM EST.

​WHY SHOULD I SHOW UP? Because most resume, cover letter, and interview advice makes you sound like everyone else. Same goes for cold outreach templates. We'll talk about what hiring managers actually respond to, what lands, and how to stop underselling yourself and your accomplishments.

WHO IS HOSTING? Sabrina Dhaliwal is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Nerdio and a longtime member of the Rhize community. After experiencing two layoffs in two years, she doubled down on building and nurturing her network, ultimately turning those relationships into three job offers in a row. She brings a practical, real-world perspective on what actually worked for her in today’s job market.

​​WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? Networking.  It is is one of the most overused and under-explained parts of the job search. Everyone talks about it, but few people explain how to do it, and it becomes especially frustrating when it feels like your outreach falls flat. Sabrina will break down exactly how she approached networking: what she did, how she asked for coffee chats, how she followed up, and how long it realistically took to see results.  This is a candid discussion about leveraging your network as another tool to navigate the job market in 2026.

WHO IS HOSTING? Jennifer Holt is a Jen Holt is a career and leadership coach who helps professionals navigate burnout, transition, and recalibration with clarity and confidence.   Jen spent nearly twenty years with a front-row seat to the toll that rapid change, layoffs, and nonstop performance demands can take, working in high-pressure roles in national security and corporate tech, including the FBI and Amazon.  These personal experiences led her to a career pivot and she founded Bright Finch Coaching.  Her work blends strategic insight with practical, human-centered tools to help people steady themselves, rebuild momentum, and create a sustainable path forward in an unpredictable job landscape.

​​WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? This session cuts through the noise around burnout and gets to the real mechanics behind why so many capable professionals hit a wall—especially during layoffs, career transitions, and constant change. Jen breaks down what burnout actually is (and isn’t), how it shows up in your mind and body, and what practical steps you can take to stabilize your energy, rebuild confidence, and move forward with intention.
