Everyone talks about it, but few people explain how to do it, and it becomes especially frustrating when it feels like your outreach falls flat. Sabrina will break down exactly how she approached networking: what she did, how she asked for coffee chats, how she followed up, and how long it realistically took to see results.  This is a candid discussion about leveraging your network as another tool to navigate the job market in 2026.

​WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? How to make authenticity your edge in hiring. No STAR format. No corporate buzzwords. Just how to recognize the stuff you don't give yourself credit for and talk about your work like a normal person.

WHO IS HOSTING? Ally Unger returns to Rhize as a session host, bringing a background in both mental health and recruitment to provide thoughtful, well-rounded support for Rhize members.
