WHO IS HOSTING? Ally Unger returns to Rhize as a session host, bringing a background in both mental health and recruitment to provide thoughtful, well-rounded support for Rhize members.

​​​WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?  We’ll explore how to navigate shame around career uncertainty and stagnation. This is an attendee-driven conversation and Ally will center on what  the participants want to discuss.  Past sessions have covered coping strategies, building resilience, and redefining success and self-worth.

WHO IS HOSTING? Jennifer Holt is a career and leadership coach who helps professionals navigate burnout, transition, and recalibration with clarity and confidence.   Jen spent nearly twenty years with a front-row seat to the toll that rapid change, layoffs, and nonstop performance demands can take, working in high-pressure roles in national security and corporate tech, including the FBI and Amazon.  These personal experiences led her to a career pivot and she founded Bright Finch Coaching.  Her work blends strategic insight with practical, human-centered tools to help people steady themselves, rebuild momentum, and create a sustainable path forward in an unpredictable job landscape.

Ally facilitates the conversation by focusing specifically on what's coming up for those in the room, so this really is an hour dedicated to your growth. If you have experienced feelings of shame or have questioned your self worth in your career journey, this session is for you.

​HOW CAN I SET MYSELF UP FOR SUCCESS? This is a small-group session that will not be recorded and will be led by a mental health professional: come ready to share or at least participate in the validation of fellow members. The session is capped at 8 people and then we will move to a waitlist. 

​More about Ally: Ally Unger is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition. She began her career in agency recruiting before moving into various corporate settings over the past eight years, supporting organizations with recruiting in the engineering, IT, healthcare, and education sectors. Having personally navigated major career transitions—including cross-country moves, uncertainty, and the challenges of starting over—Ally understands firsthand the stress, shame, and growth that can accompany professional change. She now balances her corporate career in talent acquisition with her counseling work in a small group practice in Scottsdale, where she takes a compassionate, person-centered approach to supporting professionals navigating relationship challenges, career stress, and other mental health concerns.

WHO IS HOSTING? Alison and Nilima, founders of Introve/Mirra AI! They met after their own layoffs and realized neither of them could explain what they were actually good at (despite years of experience). So they built Mirra, a tool that helps people figure that out.

WHO IS HOSTING? Giovanna, Alison Gallun and Nilima Garg, founders of Introve/Mirra AI, tools that bride the gap between talent and opportunity.  Alison and Nilima met after their own layoffs and realized they struggled to explain their own strengths and skills, despite years of experience and well-rounded success. So they created Mirra, an AI tool that helps people recognize and articulate what they are good at, so they can present their most authentic selves during the hiring process.  

​​WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? This workshop will outline the process for building your candidate profile and show how using AI tools as a thought partner can enhance both the process and the final product.

WHO IS HOSTING? Hannah Gordon is a successful hiring manager who joined Rhize when she was laid off almost 2 years ago. She credits the Rhize community with helping her land the role when she did and now she wants to share her knowledge and experience to help others do the same.

WHO IS HOSTING? Giovanna and Ally Unger!  Ally has a background in both recruitment and mental health.  She also has personal experience with pivoting careers and career searching in today's job market.  Ally has hosted small group sessions on burn out in Rhize and we are so happy to have her back for this!

There's the strategic side: crafting your resume, writing cover letters, perfecting your pitch, and building a compelling candidate profile. But there's another piece that's often overlooked: the mental health piece. The emotional side of putting yourself out there, managing rejection (or worse, radio silence), and navigating the stress that comes with uncertainty.

This fireside chat bridges the gap between the "how-to" of job searching and the "how-are-you" of the process. We'll talk through the tactical strategies you need and the emotional resilience required to stay grounded throughout your search.

​More about Ally: Ally Unger is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition. She began her career in agency recruiting before moving into various corporate settings over the past eight years, supporting organizations with recruiting in the engineering, IT, healthcare, and education sectors. Having personally navigated major career transitions—including cross-country moves, uncertainty, and the challenges of starting over—Ally understands firsthand the stress, shame, and growth that can accompany professional change. She now balances her corporate career in talent acquisition with her counseling work in a small group practice in Scottsdale, where she takes a compassionate, person-centered approach to supporting professionals navigating relationship challenges, career stress, and other mental health concerns.

Hi Rhize friends! As my schedule allows, I'll be opening weekly 1:1 coffee chats on the calendar just for you. Keep an eye out and sign up when you can. For now, you can only register for one session so I can meet as many of you as possible.

WHO IS HOSTING? Technically, Giovanna is hosting but you're in the driver's seat!

WHAT ARE WE DOING? This is a 30 min coffee chat with me. It's casual but focused and intentional.

We can talk about where you're at in your career transition, what you're navigating (practically and emotionally), how Rhize can support your goals... really anything that feels relevant to you!

HOW DOES THIS WORK? Each time slot is first come, first confirmed. Once someone registers, the spot closes.

WHY WOULD I SIGN UP AND SHOW UP? Several Rhize members have shared that one conversation with me changed how they show up for themselves (and others) in the community!

HOW TO SET YOURSELF UP FOR A GREAT CHAT: You're in charge of how this conversation goes. To make the most out of our time together I suggest coming in with:
