Protecting Your Energy & Sanity With Boundaries

WHO IS HOSTING? Jennifer Holt is a career and leadership coach who helps professionals navigate burnout, transition, and recalibration with clarity and confidence.   Jen spent nearly twenty years with a front-row seat to the toll that rapid change, layoffs, and nonstop performance demands can take, working in high-pressure roles in national security and corporate tech, including the FBI and Amazon.  These personal experiences led her to a career pivot and she founded Bright Finch Coaching.  Her work blends strategic insight with practical, human-centered tools to help people steady themselves, rebuild momentum, and create a sustainable path forward in an unpredictable job landscape.

WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? We are speaking on the importance of finding ways to ground yourself and enforce boundaries to protect your energy and sanity during a job search. This is something Jen touches on with every single one of her clients because she is a huge believer that boundaries are clarity in motion!

WHEN IS THE EVENT? Live Tues., March 31.  The recording will be posted in Rhize by end of week.

WHY SHOULD I SHOW UP? Wherever you are at in your career journey, enforcing boundaries and staying grounded is critical to protect your energy and sanity.  Jennifer will present proven strategies and tools to achieve this, and leave ample time for questions and discussion.

HOW CAN I SET MYSELF UP FOR SUCCESS? Nothing specific to prep! To get the most from the session, participate, share, and ask questions.
