WHO IS HOSTING? Giovanna and Ally Unger! Ally has a background in both recruitment and mental health. She also has personal experience with pivoting careers and career searching in today's job market. Ally has hosted small group sessions on burn out in Rhize and we are so happy to have her back for this!
WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? As you make your way through your job search, you'll realize it's actually two parallel challenges that require equal attention. There's the strategic side: crafting your resume, writing cover letters, perfecting your pitch, and building a compelling candidate profile. But there's another piece that's often overlooked: the mental health piece. The emotional side of putting yourself out there, managing rejection (or worse, radio silence), and navigating the stress that comes with uncertainty.
This fireside chat bridges the gap between the "how-to" of job searching and the "how-are-you" of the process. We'll talk through the tactical strategies you need and the emotional resilience required to stay grounded throughout your search.
WHEN IS THE EVENT? Live on Tues 2/3. The recording will be posted in Rhize by end of week.
WHY SHOULD I SHOW UP? You will walk away with job search strategies, methods to maintain your personal wellbeing in this process, and answers to any questions you bring to the table.
HOW CAN I SET MYSELF UP FOR SUCCESS? To get the most out of the session, ask questions if you have them! With a background in both recruitment and mental health, Ally is uniquely equipped to answer questions related to both sides of the search.
See you all Tuesday, February 3rd on Google Meet!
