WHO IS HOSTING? Ally Unger returns to Rhize as a session host, bringing a background in both mental health and recruitment to provide thoughtful, well-rounded support for Rhize members.
WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? We’ll explore how to navigate shame around career uncertainty and stagnation. This is an attendee-driven conversation and Ally will center on what the participants want to discuss. WHY SHOULD I SHOW UP? If you have experiences feelings of shame or have questioned your self worth in your career journey, and want to learn ways to navigate these feelings or just want to have them validated, this session is for you!
