WHAT ARE WE DOING? Thirty days ago we kicked off the Rhize x Mirra Challenge. Now we're coming back together to close the loop and figure out what to do with everything we built.
The first half of this session is yours. We want to hear what the last 30 days actually felt like: what surprised you, what was harder than you expected, what you learned about yourself that you didn't see coming. No polished takeaways required. Just honest reflection from people who did the work.
The second half is where Alison and Nilima take over. You've spent a month building a profile that captures how you actually think and work — now what? They'll walk you through how to put it to use everywhere it matters: in interviews, on your resume and LinkedIn, and in networking conversations. Your Mirra profile isn't just a self-awareness exercise. It's a tool. This is where you learn how to use it.
