WHAT ARE WE DOING? We're kicking off the Rhize x Mirra 30-Day Challenge and this session is where it all starts.
WAIT, WHAT'S MIRRA? Mirra is a tool that helps you understand and articulate what you actually bring to the table, not through a quiz or a personality test, but through real conversation about your real work. You tell it about a challenge you navigated, a decision you made, something you built. Mirra listens for the patterns you can't see, reflects them back to you in your own words, and over time builds a profile that captures how you actually think and work. It gets more accurate the more you use it.
Mirra works best when you put the work in — sharing your stories, your wins, your working style, your values — so that it actually understands you as a professional, not just your job titles. That takes time. It takes intention. And it's completely worth it.
Starting August 1, we're inviting Rhize members to spend 30 days using Mirra the way it's meant to be used. By the end of the month, you'll have a profile that truly represents you and a tool that can go to work for you. This kickoff session is where Alison and Nilima walk you through how to get started, what to do each day, and how to get the most out of the month ahead.

WHY SHOULD I SHOW UP? Because most people set up a tool, poke around for five minutes, and never go back. This challenge is designed to change that. Thirty days of consistent, intentional use with a whole community doing it alongside you. This is how you actually find out what Mirra can do for your job search.
