Monday Accountability + CoWorking (hosted in 3 time zones!)

WHO IS HOSTING? No one in particular! This is a drop in, no-host, member-run session. Everyone keeps it moving together.

WHAT ARE WE DOING? Starting the week with a quick round of accountability, then open coworking time.

WHEN IS THE SESSION? Mondays for 60 minutes offered in three time zones! Join whichever works for you: 9am Eastern, 9am Central, 9am Pacific.

WHY SHOULD I SHOW UP? To kick off your week with people who get it — say your goals out loud, name what's in your way, and work alongside others doing the same.

HOW CAN I SET MYSELF UP FOR SUCCESS? Come with one goal for the week and one blocker in mind. Camera on if you're comfortable.

AGENDA & GUIDELINES

Getting started: no one's in charge, so whoever's ready can kick things off saying "should we get started?" is enough. If it's just you and one other person, still do the round. If no one else shows within 5 minutes, feel free to end early or just use the time as solo work time.

Round 1 — Accountability (first ~30 min): Go in whatever order feels natural. Each person gets about 2 minutes to share: what you're working on this week, what's in your way, and what you need from the group — a resource, an intro, a gut check, or just someone to know you said it out loud. Ask directly if you want feedback ("does anyone have thoughts on X?"); otherwise hold advice unless it's requested.

Round 2 — Coworking (remaining time): Once everyone's shared, mute and work independently on camera, or keep talking if the group wants to problem-solve together. No obligation to stay, you can drop off anytime once your round is done.

House rules: What's shared stays in the room. Late arrivals can join anytime without catching up on what they missed. All industries and stages welcome. This isn't job-search-specific, so "what you're working on" can be anything on your plate this week.
