Building Resilience After Rejection

WHO IS HOSTING? Meredith Krupa, a Rhize member who's been in the thick of it and come out the other side. Building Resilience After Rejection is a monthly community-led session — no outside experts, no polished talking points. Just a member who's lived it, holding space for others who are in it right now.

WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT? Compounding rejection. The "you're our top candidate" that turns into a generic no. The fifth round, the seventh round, the eleventh round. The silence after you gave it everything you had. The "laid off three times in three years" type of rejection. We're talking about what it actually feels like and what it takes to keep going anyway. This is an open, attendee-driven conversation about processing rejection, building real resilience, and finding your footing again.

WHEN IS THE SESSION? Join us live on Tuesday, June 9. This session will not be recorded.

WHY SHOULD I SHOW UP? Because rejection in this job market is par for the course. And it's a lot harder to carry alone. The people in this room have survived rejection counts in the double digits. Their wisdom isn't theoretical. If you're in the middle of it right now, this session is for you. If you've made it through and want to give back, this session is also for you.

HOW CAN I SET MYSELF UP FOR SUCCESS? Just show up. You don't have to share anything you're not ready to share. Come as you are — burnt out, hopeful, numb, or somewhere in between. All of it is welcome here.

A note before you register: This session will not be recorded. What's shared here stays here.
