In the past 18 months, Rhize has supported 500+ people in finding new roles, launched a 1:1 mentorship program, hosted 742+ hours of community calls, and partnered with thoughtful organizations to deliver career and well-being workshops.

Today, Rhize is an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving 6,000+ members who are navigating career transitions together.

I’ve gotten to know our members well — their goals, struggles, their favorite snacks.

Through the Rhize Growth Pods Program, members can feel that same sense of connection with each other sooner sooner. This required survey helps us understand where you are so we can connect you to the right people, conversations, and workshops from the start.
