A new way to grow together coming soon!

I want to be upfront about something: we're pausing Rhize Growth Pods for now while I figure out a better way to connect people in our community.

Here's the honest truth about why: right now when you sign up, I go through everyone's survey answers and manually put groups together. Then that group has to actually get its act together and meet, and a lot of the time that's where it falls apart. Schedules don't line up, someone wants a different group, or people just don't click. So I end up putting in a ton of work building these groups before anyone even has a first conversation.

I know Rhize Growth Pods has genuinely worked for some of you, and I am so happy about that! But when I'm honest about the amount of time I'm spending making matches vs how many of those connections actually turn into real relationships, the math just isn't working anymore. I'd rather put that time into something that actually gets you to the right people, not just organized into a group.

So I’m pausing to rethink this. I don't have the new version fully figured out yet but I didn't want this to just quietly disappear without you hearing it from me first. More soon!
